Catamount. Since Los Gatos means “the cats” and the town is at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains, the name is designed to pay homage to the town’s history and landscape.

Catamount owner Raymond Tang, who also owns the Presidio Social Club in San Francisco, plans to source locally grown produce for salads, with chops, steaks and fresh steamed seafood available daily.

A true date has not been set for the Catamount’s opening, but it will initially open for dinner only.
